Terms of Service

1. About Minidex

Minidex is a miniature figure collection tracker operated by Rémi Schwartz, an individual developer based in France. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

Minidex is currently in public beta. Features, pricing, and availability may change. We will give reasonable notice before any significant change.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Minidex. By creating an account you confirm that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18 you confirm that your parent or guardian has agreed to these terms on your behalf.

3. Your account

You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You must not share your account or allow others to use it. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access: contact@minidexvault.com

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to access other users' data or reverse-engineer the application.
• Upload content that infringes third-party intellectual property.
• Use automated scripts to scrape or abuse the service in a way that degrades performance for other users.
• Submit false, misleading, or offensive content to the community catalogue or public recipe feed.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, without prior notice in serious cases.

5. Plans and pricing

Minidex offers a Free plan (up to 100 figures) and a Pro plan (unlimited figures) available by subscription.

During the beta period, the Free plan is available at no cost. The Pro plan price will be communicated before any payment is required. Prices are displayed inclusive of applicable taxes.

Subscriptions renew automatically. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal in Settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods except where required by law.

We may change plan pricing with at least 30 days' notice by email. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of all content you upload to Minidex (photos, recipes, notes). By uploading content you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display, and serve that content solely to provide the service to you.

If you make a paint recipe public, you grant other Minidex users the right to view it. You can make it private again at any time.

7. Availability and modifications

We aim for high availability but make no uptime guarantee during the beta. We may suspend, modify, or discontinue the service at any time. If we decide to shut down the service permanently we will give at least 30 days' notice and provide a data export.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by French law, Minidex is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual property

The Minidex name, logo, design, and source code are the property of Rémi Schwartz. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use them. Figure names, game line names, and publisher brands belong to their respective owners; Minidex uses them for identification purposes only.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably shall be submitted to the competent courts of France.

If you are a consumer resident in the EU you may also use the European Commission's Online Dispute Resolution platform.
